I have an account with Mr Price In May when u check my statement I noticed about R500 extra that was charged for airtime, I went and explain to them of which on arrival the account was now having R2995 on Airtimes. This I discovered as they open my account, the manager cl the person who deals with the cellphones and he told me I came and was given starter pack which I asked him if he ever assisted me I am disable there is no way he could forget if he gave me he responded is his first time to see me and from his knowledge the starter packs is only issued to new clients opening account of which my account was opened back around 2010 with their further investigation it reveals that the person was issued the starter pack at Mr Price home in Savanah Mall Polokwane using the personal number of employee at savanna Mall clothing. They called a certain number where I was told my account is locked to prevent that person to buy airtime further in Jube I get an sms the account is now owing R5100 I went back to ask how do the person still access my account while they said is locked they advise me to make affidavit and bring it of which I did jut until today I haven't receive any communication except the calls forcing me to pay for the account as it is in arreous this is affecting my financial credit scoring.
