********** account with Mr Price home
My personal details were used **********ly to open an account with Mr Price Home in 2020. I lodged a dispute with them (Mr Price) and they ruled in my favour and discovered that the account was indeed **********. I was promised that the ********** account will be removed from my credit profile on credit bureau, to my surprise the account is still active and Mr price never closed it on their side. This act by mr price is uncalled for and it is affecting my credit profile negatively. My credit score has dropped significantly due to their incompetence.

03 Oct 2022, 15:31I was promised that I will be contacted by accounts department and it is the 3rd of October 15:20, I haven’t received a call from them (Mr Price). There sense of urgency from them. I tried calling them with no help. I have been sent from pillar to post. I have emailed the CEO, there was no knowledge of my email. I am desperate because I have recently secured a home loan with one of the banks. They have terminated the contract because credit bureau reflect that I am a bad payer. I have lodged a dispute in 2021 with Mr Price and their ***** department investigated and their findings was that the account was opened **********ly. But the said account still reflects on credit bureau. I promise that I won’t let this lie down, I am going to sue Mr Price group for the incompetence on their side. The case was finalised in 2021 why is that is still reflecting on my credit profile. I am going to sue for the lose of the home loan I suffered. My credit score has decreased significantly because of this error.
