********** Account opened- MR PRICE ACCOUNT

My Name is Winnifred Mokwena 820216, On the 17th of January 2019, I received a call from the Mr PRICE department saying that there is outstanding amount that is due that I need to pay regarding the clothing account, then I explained to her that I don't have a clothing account and I have never app**** for any . Please note that someone has my details and opened/app**** for this account on the 2019/01/05 using my details and instalment monthly amount is R855, and purchased R8135.00 and account number ********** 059. I've submitted an affidavit and certified copy ID on the 20th January 2019 to MR PRICE the Grove Mall as advised but there is no communication or whatsoever. This is really affecting my credit score.
