********** account in my Name

I have received a call from Ndumiso Sibiya at Mr Price Group ***** department, notifying me regarding the ********** on the Sheet street account opened in my name in western cape. i never lived nor visited Western Cape.

I advised them that i never opened an account and sent them all documents they requested from me, an affidavit, copy of my id with my signatures to investigate the matter.

now when i do follow up no one is replying my messages and calling them it takes forever to get through the relevant department, now i am receiving messages saying my account has negative impact on my credit and i will be handed over to attorneys.

Can someone attend to my query urgently
