In August last year 2021, I paid off my Mr price account, I received a paid up letter and the account status was updated on the credit bureau, however to my suprise now when I checked my credit report, the account is back there IN ARREARS WITH A BALLANCE. When I called Mr price, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes, when the lady immediately answered, I told her my issue, she took my name and ID number and just put me on old without even saying anything, I was on hold for another 10 minutes and they cut the call.

Please advise where is the professionalism in that. I paid off your account, now please update your records
