I went to mr price mafikeng mall to shop when I was told that I cant use my account as they were offline, I then decided to use my bank card for the purchase, I was assisted by one cashier who then referred me to the other cashier after tapping my card claiming that it was refusing, I got to that other cashier and I had already tapped my bank card the cashier then said it didnt go through hence I was sent to her.i later after leaving the shop realised that I was billed twice and with no declined receipt, I went to the shop asked for the manager and explained my situation to her. She then said I must come after 24 hours I then told her that I was from zeerust and there is no way I was coming back to mafikeng anytime soon and that I wanted my money for other things I had to do..... when she started to question me as to what those things were, I told her she had no right as that was my money. And it seems as that is the modus operandi of those cashier to unsuspecting customers. I left the shop without any help from the manager and with unresolved other issues as mr price double billed me without my permission. I want my money back as I have urgent issues to attend to with the money. Up to this day I have never received my refund
