***** WRONG BILLING FOR POLICIES I NEVER AGREED ON .

Good day, MR PRICE IS TRYING TO MAKE MONEY WRONGLY BY *****ING FROM SA CONSUMERS BY ALLOCATING POLICIES WITHOUT CONTACTING THE ACCOUNT HOLDER ,I DEMAND THIS TO BE RECTIFIED IMMEDIATELY. I have been in the store for numerous occasions to query the arrears that were accumulated by the insurance that was allocated in my account without my concern/being contacted, i visited your store and still this is not sorted out. Mr. Price keeps on harassing me for the wrong balance because of policies i was never agreed on. Mr price never contacted me to offer me policies after i opened an account i was shocked when i wen to pay and the installment was not the one i signed for when i questioned it i was promised that it will be reserved ,the following month same thing happened i spoke to Yvonne who phoned the relevant department and i was promised that the amount will be reversed ,Mr price cancelled the policies but they did not reverse the amount and now they keep on harassing me off which its their fault and i will never pay the amount its either they're are reversing it or i will stop paying completely ,I've been running up and down to query one thing for 3 months ago. I want this policies money to be reimbursed to my account as soon as possible.

My account go into a negative amount because of the policies added to my account.

rectify this with immediate effect!I'M SO SICK TIRED OF ALL THIS
