***** transactions Mr Price account

At the beginnig of June there was *****ulant transactions made on my Mr Price account at sheet street. I made an affidavit and just got a response back to confirm the matter was resolved. Today I wanted to confirm if my account was cleared, only to find out the remaining balance ont my account was also used. No notification was shared to me and I did not buy ANYTHING on my account. When phoning the call centre directly from sheet street, they just said they busy, a month later and my account now shows in arrears. I have a good credit rating and this will now have an affect that was not caused by me. Unacceptable. When I initially called, the call centre stated my account was blocked which is clearly not the case. Need this resolved like yesterday and my balance to return to zero.
