Customer having to pay for a 360 RETRENCHMENT cover and just not getting any feedbac****! Every other week sending an SMS asking for outstanding documents after these requested documents has been sent - WAIT FOR IT - - - 18 TIMES. The SAME documents over and over - They promise they will go through it & thereafter they will co9ntact you & they just never go through.

I was retrenched in MAY already and NOTHING from Mr Price - This is horrible & I will be filing a complaint @ the National Consumer Commission as well until I actually get what I paid for over 5 years having an account by them.

Horrible service due to the lack of educated people.
