***** purchase of airtime
Purchases of airtime are being made on my account without my knowledge. R600 over 2 months. The call centre wants me to go to a police station to get an affidavit to prove I did not purchase the airtime, this is because I have nothing better to do with my life and system security is not important to them. Mr Price should have proof I made the purchase in the first place so go check your records. If this is not resolved immediately my next co**** of action is to lay a ***** charge against the CEO of the company, maybe then this matter will be taken seriously.
