***** online shopping do not order online

I ordered online some items for them to be delivered at their store and ill go collect. paid for the items with my debit card the next day I went to the website and my order was cancelled yet money was deducted, their whatsapp number doesnt work, called the call center and funny they cant trace my order, sent them an email with screenshots no reply, no replay for the past 6 days now.. all I want is my money back
