***** on my account again! what is Mr Price doing about their security?

A few months ago there were ********** transaction on my Mr Price account, I found out because I received a sms thanking me for my purchases. I immediately informed Mr Price. They wanted me to send supporting documents which I sent and after much pleading, the matter was resolved. I then went to fetch a new card and life continued. I haven’t bought anything on credit since but have been making my monthly payments. Then when I tried to make a purchase online it said I have a minus balance. I thought this to be odd, and delinked the old card on my profile thinking perhaps that was the issue. When I linked the new card it showed a zero balance. I assumed the issue was with the app because I paid my account on 30 Aug with no issues. I called the call centre on 10 Sept for assistance, then I was told the balance is correct, there were purchases on 15 Aug 2021. Now my credit limit is 8k, I was told around 10k has been used up. This time I did not get a sms confirming a purchase at a store like before so that I can be aware of transactions on the account. So I was in the dark until this phone call. This worries me because come month end Mr Price will send wrong info to the credit bureaus. Because how can I use up more credit than what I have. The call centre blocked the card and said I need to follow the same process as last time of sending supporting documents. I sent the supporting documents to the WhatsApp number0 6***. No one has responded. I don’t know what is happening. And I usually ask when I am at the store what my minimum payment is but now I cannot afford to pay for something that isn’t my fault nor can I afford for my credit record to be tarnished. ***** twice in a short space of time concerns me about the breaches within Mr Price. I have not given my card to anyone else or authority to use my account. This is fast becoming not worth it to continue with this account if I have to be consistently putting out fires. And if you are not being consistent with communication, how can I know as and when things are happening. It’s really not fair.
