***** on account

i paid the full account in march, then in march on the 25th I received an sms that I bought for R4000 while I was at work. I then went to Mr price home ARGTLE ROAD IN DURBAN, which they then showed me the footage also they did print out the copy of the receipt and the signature was not mine. my documents were send to the head office so they can block the account while investigating.

I then received an email stating:

Good day Miss M Moholobela

We have had no response from our previous communications sent , please pay R 1750.00 immediately to avoid Legal action on your Mr Price account no: *** by 31 August 2019 . Kindly pay in R 1750.00 before the due date or alternately contact us by e-mail or telephone *** to make suitable payment arrangements. Please note the importance of keeping your contact details up to date as this will avoid any trace alerts reflecting on your credit profile.

I have been sending emails and going to the branch but i am not getting any assistance. i am now going to be black listed because of a ***** activity happened. when i have all the documents to support this case. i requested Mr price to block the account and suspend the debt until this matter is resolved.
