***** mispresent

My mother bought clothes in Mr price Qwa Qwa- Free state, and she was given a simcard which she was not told she has to pay for it. She is 57 years old, she's not educated and the person on the till did not take all the liberty to explain how does the simcard works. She's been paying for that simcard for the past two years but she can't seem to finish because we don't even know how does it works or even the billings.

She's getting calls everyday from consultants who are rude can't even explain. She's been trying to cancel it but no one seems to assist as we've been transfered from pillar to post.

I've tried to assist her but I was told that I am not an account holder.

Things that they do to our old and uneducated parents are really not appropriate and unprofessional. That is ***** mispresent.
