***** at mr price Qwagga

Today my me and my mom went to Mr price Qwagga in pretoria west. Firstly they refused her to buy with her account because apparently the need her id book. Secondly one of the cashier used her card to purchase without my mothers knowledge. She what she did was to activate the my moms account on the system like she is buying but my mom couldnt buy.. So basically its *****. And this is not the first time happening to her at Qwagga. Also the staff is rude
