*****!!!! And they ignore you.

On the 23 of November 2021 I logged a complaint after finding out that someone made a purchase of R3800 on my account. My account balance escalated from around R900 to over R4700! Mr Price never to bother to contact me or at least sent an acknowledgment email until I contacted them. That's when they told me that they will investigate and give me a feedback within 30 days.

On the 32nd day I sent them an email requesting for the feedback but they never responded. I send two more emails a couple of days later but in vain!

Mind you that my monthly instalment before this ***** on my account was just less than R100, now I am currently paying more than R400! I asked them to consider this amount while they are busy with their investigation but they say I should continue with the new instalment. I found this so unfair because it's their incompetence that they let a ********* got away. I asked them why they never asked for an ID when this person made a purchase of this amount!

What frustrate me the most is that they ignoring my emails. I am so disgusted!!!
