***** has happened on my account. i have never bought anything worth so much money at any of your branches. i get a sms notification of R3000 odd rand spent at MR Price in PTA CBD, then an hour later, another R3000 odd spent at Clearwater. without even having to do the obvious. it is impossible to get from one place to the next within that time frame, considering this was at 17:45 and 18:30 on Monday evening. when i send an email, no response. try call the call centre. no response. please note, i am not paying for these ********** transactions. you need to explain to me how this happened. not me explain it wasnt me!!! i will definitely be closing this account as your system is not secure in terms of the POPI Act. i will be taking this further.
