I have recently opened a Mr. Price account. Shortly after the call centre contacted me to sell me insurance of some kind.

The lady asked my ID number to confirm my identity and then signed me up for this insurance after I CLEARLY said NO thank you. I immediately cancelled the insurance and received a ticket and everything indicating that the insurance is cancelled.

I went to go check my account balance a few days ago and didn't understand why the balance was so high and the staff member who assisted showed me my account statement where the insurance was billed to my account and I received an email of this statement for this insurance i didn't agree to in the first place and after it was supposedly cancelled.

This is *****. And I demand a reasonable solution to this matter.
