I have an account with Mr Price, the contact details on my account was changed without my knowledge and there was airtime bought on the account for almost R1000 (that I know of.) I have not received statements from Mr Price in a while and could not pick up on this. I have sent emails and messages to their 'service' department as I can not do any inquiry in store w.r.t my account. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM MR PRICE GROUP. I need this sorted out as the ********* can be spending royally as there is no way for me to block the card in store. I FEEL THAT MR PRICE GROUP IS PROTECTING THEIR OWN, as this could only be an inside job.
