FRADULENT STATEMENT

I am from Pretoria and not happy at all with MR price Atteridgeville and it is one of the shops i like the most but they have massively disappointed me. I settled my account there and asked them to close my account as I wont be buying on credit anymore and prefer to buy using cash. suddenly now they send me an SMS that says I owe them an amount of R1136 that I don't even know how and they are forcing me to pay it even the consultant that spoke with me was very rude and didn't want to hear the fact that I have settled my account. the statement is not even showing how that amount came to R1136 I ONLY SEE DONATION FEE THAT I DIDNT EVEN AGRRE UPON.
