four till points

im a reguler customer at mr p boulders and there used to be a long que which was moving faster cos there were 8 tills but now its only 4 tills and the que is way longer and not moving at all, i stood on a que yersterday for 45 minutes and left cos i ddnt have enough time,then went again today and stil the same story i fail to understand the logic behind removing the other 4 tills, today 6 customers left before i did and i know there will be mor, this is unexceptable,
