Foul language of a staff member

Good day on the 31st of October 2018 between 1pm and 2pm i went to Mr price in Bellville behind Middestad mall in my lunch time and to my shock a staff member was talking to her colleague about a customer who "looks like she wants to *****'', i can understand that they must look out for the doekies to ensure theft does not happen, However the language that was used was extremely foul. The Lady in question had a tatoo in the neck/ face with a plaas accent and called Melissa and said" Die mase ****e naaiers will alweer steel ek gaan hulle in hul mase **** maak" for a black lady. the foul language continued on she was ranting not caring that the other customers can hear her, she was completely unprofessional and does not represent the brand, i knew complaining to the manager would not have made a difference, i hope something is going to be done about this because Mr Price is absolutely amazing in terms of their trends and affordability.
