Forever for nothing

I have been phoning the online number - takes ages. After answering they could not assist me - saying i must phone the store - why then give the option to phone them. After phoning the store - to find rugby boots size 1 that shows that particular store does have 1 pair in stock - they just informed ne no they dont have it. The call duration 25 min and i had to phone again because i did not get the no in the first 25 min - 2nd call 13 minutes before they got the person i was talking to <i had his name everything he just did not want to attend a call - i was informed by him to not believe the online platform and there is no size 11 in the entire store of any shoe..... really
