Forcing insurance on customers

<p>Good Day</p> <p>i have recently opened an account at mr price, and later on noticed that there is an isurance that was given to me without ever being asked if i wanted to join, and upon me going to the store to cancel it i received a message from mr price telling me i must wait for 30 days before it can be cancelled, how on earth am i expected to wait for 30 days if i was never given a chance to choose if i wanted the insurance in the first place, i have even sent an email to them regarding this but no one ever contacted me, this is not acceptable.</p>
