Forced to work late

On Monday the manager of Mr Price sosh crossing asked the staff to report early at work of which they did and the staff reported earlier due to stock count. they worked from 7:00 am until 6:00 pm when they had to leave the manager told the staff they should count so why did he asked the staff to come early? He insisted that they count and he had not arranged the transport for staff and the majority of staff depend on the public transport when he release the staff there was no more transport one of the pregnant staff lady had to walk home a distance of + -5 km in the night .he is not professional as he is not even know how to communicate with staff. He is telling staff to clock out while they are still on duty we clock out at 6 and leave the store at 6:45 and we don't get paid for the extra minutes we worked but 1 minute late is deducted. we need to be told in advance that we are going to work late so that we can arrange transport for our self. please attend to this matter as I am about to take further steps.
