follow up complaint

i am very disappointed with mr price such a big company but doesn't value their customers i wrote about the awful service i got from one of their stores in greenstone all i got was an email from the support team Zanele asking for my number and that the manager will call me no one called me or attended my complaint is almost a week today i am very disappointed. i always thought mr price was for the people but i guess i was wrong, even the one start i gave them they dont deserve it
