Fix your contact numbers or answer your phones at least

I recieved a gift and I merely wanted to know the policy around returning the item for a smaller size. I have been phoning at least 3 times a day (the numbers per branch or the 0800 number) not once|!!! in the last week was the call answered. The phone just rings and dies - I even asked the malls to transfer me - I'm shocked, I love Mr Price but I no longer want to shop at a place you can't even ask a simple enquiry about. FIX YOUR PHONES MR PRICE. I contacted Canal Walk - Claremont and Kenilworth not forgetting the 0800 number.
