Fix my account

I’m not happy with the way my account is being updated. According to the statement sent to me this month, my outstanding balance was R1 836,34. Today I made a payment of R500, but my account is still showing that I owe R1 696,34.

Based on my calculations, after the R500 payment, the balance should be R1 336,34. Please can you explain what happened to the remaining amount and correct my account so that I can properly track my payments.

I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved as soon as possible.
