First and Last purchase

I have been waiting so long for my items to be delivered yet I did not even want delivery to my home but to a store . No one communicates with you all the status of the order says is "on hold" its been on hold for an entire 5 business days . This is my first and last purchase with Mr Price online.

The person called me yesterday and investigated the lady who said my items will be there Friday (15/12/17) and the items were delivered there so she was coerect where as you the person who called me and the person I called yesterday has no idea what they are talking about . You told me you would refund me for the items that I miraculously had to know is out of stock , yet you failed to inform me its not my cash you will be giving back but a voucher! And then I had to still call back to process a refund or else I would never hsve ever known it comes in a voucher and not cash . This is so unacceptable and the most disgusting service I have ever received!!!!
