Find you "perfect fit"

Hello Mr Price. First of all thank you for giving fuller figure women everywhere a complex. We have been eating carrot sticks and nibbling on almonds and even trying to eat less fatty carbs. Anyway. So then I was like well the scale don't lie and did a bit of a Cate Blanchett and discovered that my size just doesn't fit. Then my sister and I both did some shopping and well we know our sizes and to our suprise you'd never believe this but a size 18 and 14 are actually about 3cm off around the waist? And I have 2 of the same size jeans in the same brand (Oakridge) but the recently bought one can't seem to fit although last year's jean still does (same size and same brand). Anyway. What's happening with your branding? Advertising "love your curves" but your sizes don't even fit?

Good Day

Thank you for taking the time to feed back to us on your disappointment and frustration with our ladies Oakridge jeans sizing. We have recognized that our fit and sizing is smaller than in previous seasons, and are actively working with our suppliers to correct. It is not our intention to have product in our stores that does not fit our customer, and correcting our fits is a strong focus in the ladies wear area. We would love to have input from you and your sister on the revised fits so will make further contact once we have corrected samples. In the meantime, please accept R250 gift voucher in part to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
