FEELS LIKE I'M BEING ****** FROM

I placed an order on the 12th of February through the MrPrice app. After payment via EFT I did not receive a confirmation e-mail and my order did not reflect on the app. I checked my statement and the payment went through after speaking to 3 consultants (Sithembiso, Thandeka and Berlin), I was told the reference number of my payment is the order number of someone else. But weirdly enough the information of this order was not mine, the amount and items differed. I explained this to Berlin, who after a while told me to e-mail my proof of payment and bank statement to verify my account. I sent these documents and have not received communication from MrPrice, until this morning when Thandeka e-mailed me to tell me my order was delivered on the 19th of Feb. The order I did not receive, but was linked to someone else. And we all know with EFT payments the order number is given as the payment reference automatically, so this could not have been my fault and I have the proof of payment to show that the money went into the MrPrice account.

At this moment I just want my refund, coz this is just ***** that I received a order number that was already linked to someone else's order.

I am also very shocked that I have communicated with 3 consultants and not one of them could assist me. How do you even get hold of a manager or someone capable of understanding the issue and assisting.
