Feed up

I’m feed up with Mr price i’ve made a payment on the 28 April 2019 using their App till to date the amount of R1155 its not credited back into my acc now its showing that am in arrears, all they know is keep telling customers that they had a system problem and they don't know when it will be fixed, Mr price must take ownership
