Fast way couriers hijacked with my order

I ordered online last week on the 25th of November 2022 and I was expecting my delivery on the 30th of December...nothing came and when I call Fast way couriers they say they got hijacked while on their way to deliver...no one bothered to inform me, I'm the one who contacted them when I saw that they are not coming...who will ensure that I get my order now that it's lost. I'm really not happy with your courier company.
