FANTASTIC SERVICE!
Yesterday at 08:01 I sent an email to Mr Price regarding a complaint about my account. At 08:42 I received a phone call from the Area Manager who wanted to meet with me as soon as possible. About three hours later he came to see me to discuss the matter. At 14:52 he phoned me informing me that my complaint was resolved. I am extremely impressed by the level of customer care I received yesterday. I am happy that my complaint was resolved but even if it wasn't, I still would have been satisfied with the service I received. Thank you so much Mr Price and Ian!!!!!
