FALSELY ACCUSED OF SHOP LIFTING AT CRESTA STORE

<p>I had an unfortunate incident happen to me on friday evening. I have always loved Mr Price and shop at your many different branches, I had forgotten to take the tag of my jersey I had purchased last week, I had worn my jersey the whole day with the tag on without realizing. I went to Mr Price CRESTA STORE to shop, when leaving leaving the store I was grabbed by the Security and the tag of the garment was pulled of, I was then shouted at being accused of *****ing the jersey and asked to come to the till point and pay for it. The CRESTA store was full and all the customers were looking at me and my husband, we asked them to SCAN the tag so they could see it is has been previously purchased from another store, they refused and asked us to follow them to the back of the store, where they were now checking their camera footage to see if I walked in with the jersey, then they proceeded to APOLOGIZE to us, this incident was so embarrassing, in my whole life I have never been accused of *****ing. I will be taking the matter up further and will not be shopping at Mr Price CRESTA ever again. The security guard was rude and arrogant and needs to be taught a lesson, how many more customers will be accused in this way? The apology means nothing after what I endured for more than 1.5 hours on friday evening......</p>
