Falsely accused of exchanging an item

I am an angry customer that was made to feel like a ***** in a mr price store fitting room by the lady on duty and the lady that claimed to be the stores assistant manager, i diddnt get their names, it was at jhb Mr price ellof 26/07/2018 between 4:35-5pm estimated time. When i went into the fitting room it was a guy that counted my items and when i exit it was another girl on duty, I had 4 items and was given a card for 4 items to fit. When i went out she refused exit said that the jean I had didn't look like a mr price jean and that mr price doesn't sell things like that and assumed i perhaps exchanged it. She shouted for the store manager and she came asked her what happened and she showed her the jean. I wasnt even wearing a jean or having one on me exept the 4 items i had with me( 3 different black jeans and a Leggin) , she searched me and made me feel like a *****. We went back to the room i was fitting in and she searched behind the mirrors, searched my hand bag and even on me, the disgust i felt when she touched me, i felt violated. i told her i dont have all day whats her solution to this since i can't be detained there all day she responded and said there isnt, and insisted that i exchanged the jean, such service is unacceptable and it feels like just because i was the one who perhaps took it from the hanger to go fit it means i exchanged it. The humiliation, embarrassment I felt infront of customers queuing up to fit was unbearable that after what happened i couldn't even continue my shopping but left the 4 items and left the store. The assistant managers rude attitude towards me was uncalled for. Even at this point I am still angry, emotionally distresses because its my reputation on the line. I was wearing a skirt even on the day this happened, I couldn't understand what our how id exchanged the jean. I mean ive been to mr price before and i know the exchange policy that i return with the item and receipt and have it checked by security, then find an enchange and do it by the till point. So this was unacceptable!
