False slow paying records

I opened an account online and requested a debit order to be done on the 29th of every month.<br> A few days into Sept I received an sms saying I am late with my account payment.<br> I immediately made a payment on that day via the MrP website.<br> <br> Now when I app**** for something on credit I was advised that I have a slow paying record of 30 days.<br> This is not true , it was a few days and I was not even aware until I received the sms as I requested a debit order as per all my other accounts.<br> <br> I need this rectified ASAP. As I am not a slow payer , and I have a perfectly clean record up until now.<br> <br> Please advise what will be done regarding this false information submitted to the credit bureau.<br>
