I placed an order online with mr price. It was scheduled for delivery on the 10th of February but it was never delivered. Went on WhatsApp and sent a query, spoke to Palesa who only cut our chat short without even resolving the issue how rude. Then I spoke to Siphindile who **** and said that my parcel will be delivered today on a Saturday. I can’t believe that mr price had to stoop so low. I called the couriers and they confirmed that they don’t deliver on Saturdays. So mr prices customer service go to an extend that they lie just to “solve” customers queries now? Wow well done
