False information

I thought my mr price account was closed because the lady that I spoke to over the phone told me that if I pay the last outstanding amount that I would be done, that was 5 months ago. Just to find out that it shows on my ITC that I still owe mr price R70 because some one did not close the account. This is really pathetic and frustrating! The toll free number doesn't even work when I phone the accounts dept. Help please!!!
