False information

<p>I received a phonecall from Mr Price recently to inform me of their mobile service. They also asked me if I knew that I can now also buy at Milady's and Sheet Street with my MrPrice account card. So, today I went to Milady's to make a purchase and by the paypoint, the staff was not aware of the above and I made a complete fool out of myself trying to pay with my MrPrice card.</p> <p>Back at the office I called MrPrice customer care and the friendly voice welcomes you to "MrPrice Group incorportating Sheet Street and Milady's"!!! The first consultant I spoke to was also not aware of the above and transferred me to the accounts department. They did not know anything about it either, not even did she know that the voice welcome note says that MrPrice is incorporated with Sheet Street and Milady's. What a shocking business this is!!!</p>
