False Delivery FEES MR PRICE!!!!!

I ordered online on the 27th November and paid fast delivery which was supposed to be on the 2nd of December!! Went there on the 2nd at 6PM at MrP Mall of Africa and my deliver hasnt arrived yet!!!! FALSE PROMISES!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR FAST DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!!
