False advertising with regards to express delivery!
So I placed an order on 5th December, chose the 1-3 days express delivery option. I sent an email the following day with regards to the order and no response.
I advised that I need a few of the items I ordered as birthday gifts, when I track the parcel it shows estimated delivery is 12/12/2017 SERIOUSLY! is that 1-3 working days?
I am so angry right now because you guys are quick to take the amount from my mr p account, if I had known I would have never placed the order online in the first place.
If I do not have this order by Monday 11/12/2017, I am definitely taking this matter further than just Hello Peter.
