FALSE ADVERTISING AND STINKING ATTITUDES

False advertising - on their website they say 3-5 working days for delivery of clothing, we bought 2 items on Sunday, on Tuesday we got notified that the parcel was handed to the courier, we phone the courier, they have no parcel with that tracking number, i contact mr price on whats app on the 29th(so its been 4 days) and the customer service agent has the audacity to tell me that it is 3- 5 working days from the day the courier collects the parcel, i must be patient!!!!!!!!!! what an attitude, I contacted the courier and they still dont even have the package so somewhere someone is lying??????????????????????? And thats why I cancelled my account with you
