False advertising and *********** staff

I am disappointed and disgusted with the service I received yesterday from your branch in boksburg.I went there for the buy 1 get 1 free promo,got to the store and saw shoes that were advertised as "priced to go" meaning "on sale". I spent an hour looking for something that I could take with that for free as per your adverti*****t.I got to the tills only to discover that the item that was advertised as on sale is actually on normal price which is not my fault, as I don't do the display and pricing, the manager(Roshel Prince) who was on duty had to get involved and she was not professional just as the other employees I was dealing with.I was initially assisted by Sello Lapane who was ringing the sale but ended dealing with other employees whose names I didn't get.I was told that they'll over write the shoes from the price I saw them on to the normal price and I must pay for the other item that I had taken as a "free" item.the attitude I received from the staff and manager is disgusting, stop false advertising,I surely can not be held accountable for the staff's incompetency.Both the manager and the staff was singing the "only items with red stickers are on promo" but couldn't provide proof when I asked to see that as on the advert instore and online it says all items priced to go u buy 1 and get cheapest 1 free. I surely will not be going back to that store and I hope something gets done about the employees and the managers conduct to customers.
