False advertising.

<p>I PAID to have my parcel delivered in 1-3 working days. I specifically selected the door to door service as we are going on a road trip and our offices are closed until 9 January.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was just told that deliver will only take place on Thursday or Friday next week. 10 days later so why did I have to pay for a "3 day service"?</p> <p> </p> <p>Since no one will be here I asked them to send the clothes to a store and I will collect it on my return next year. Then they told me they wont keep the clothes for so long. But I paid for the items already!!! Do they just sell the clothes I paid for again making twice the money?</p> <p> </p> <p>Why dont they state these facts on their website??? The online chat has not been working since yesterday and no one returns your call or responds to messages or emails.</p>
