False advertising

I saw an item on their site and called the Stellenbosch branch to enquire about availability, the gentleman I spoke to was so unprofessional and after holding for a long time he said his team is still looking for the item and they will call me back(mind you when I checked it showed they had five of those onesies at store)…. I never received that call but called back after almost 30 minutes and was told that they still looking they would call back. I then decided to order an item online, and it was showing that I should receive the item latest by the 22nd. Now they item delivery had been moved to the 26th. I contacted them through their WhatsApp channel and spoke to Yvonne, she was so unprofessional and ended the chat without answering my questions (apparently there was no response from my side) but I promise you she ended it while I was typing and this was after I sent her a screenshot of what contradicted what she was saying. So basically poor customer service, no accountability and their online service non existent.
