False Advertising

BEWARE of false advertising. MRP advertised cellphone deals with 12 month data plans. I purchased this a few weeks ago and no data has been allocated. Vodacom says that it's just a basic SIM with no monthly allocation.

The staff member at cellphone counter is tried to assist. But managers don't want to take calls or try to resolve. To date nothing has been allocated.

I plan to spread this into the media so that customers don't just blindly trust MRP and assume that they are getting a great deal, whereas they are actually getting **** to and not getting what was advertised.

Worse part is that managers don't call customers nor do they take calls to resolve any queries so clearly customer service means nothing to MRP.
