False advertising

I made an online purchase on Saturday evening of which 2 items were on sale. After completing the sale I noticed that I was charged the original not discounted amount to my account. I took screenshots of the items called the call centre which was closed. I also tried to get hold of them on the whatsapp number to no avail. I called the call centre on Sunday morning and spoke to Sthembile Gumbi who said that the items aren't on promotion on their side. I asked to send her my screenshots which I did after an email she sent me telling me that the items I CHOSE AND PAID for weren't on sale. In the email Sthembile told me that one of the jeans I wanted was on sale but in different colors not the one I ordered and that the other one I ordered wasn't available in the size that I wanted. I responded by asking her about the colors available for the one that is available in different colors she HAS NOT RESPONDED. What kind of ****ty service are you running?!
