false advertising

<p>I have an a clothing account with Mr price and i decided to take advantage of their online 2 for R200 denim special. both the jeans i ordered had no patches or holes in them (this is the reason i chose them) when my order arrived i was very annoyed to find that the 1 pair although it was the right colour had cuts by the knees. i called mr price immediately and sent then images of the jeans advertised and the ones i got. the agent i spoke to was not willing to help and tried to tell me there is nothing they could do, after hours of fighting she then said the correct pair was on its way. this new pair then arrived and also had the same fault. i sent them an email expressing my frustrations but no one even bothered to get back to me. i am so dissapointed and disgusted by the service rendered by mr price. i have been a loyal customer since my teenage days and even have a phone contract with them. they have lost a customer and can be sure that i will be sharing this story with everyone. DO NOT PROMISE YOUR CUSTOMERS ONE THING AND PROVIDE SOMETHING ELSE!!!!!! THIS IS CALLED FALSE ADVERTISING.</p>
