**** telemarketing calls

Dear Mr Price

I am receiving numerous calls from a 031 number. When I answer no one is speaking but the call is be run for for 15 seconds . When I call back the agents cannot advice to why I am being called. Someone in your department is suppose to call me probably for some telemarketing call but they not doing their jobs and that person is actually annoying me. Please inform that person to STOP!!!
